Christ Fellowship is seeking a Kids Room Leader for Sundays 9AM to Noon to support the weekend environment for children. This part-time, non-exempt role involves welcoming and supervising kids, ensuring secure check-in/check-out with security tags, and facilitating the provided curriculum and activities.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with children, and a passion to help others connect in ministry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, and experience in working with children.
• Passion to help others discover their purpose and connect in ministry.
• The ability to stand, sit, reach, and lift up to 40lbs if needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the overall weekend experience for kids is done with excellence in a safe, fun, meaningful, and engaging environment.
• Ensuring our children are properly checked into the environment and checked out of the environment using our security tags.
• Implementing and facilitating Kids provided curriculum and activity plans.
• Attending any scheduled training and completing all training modules once hired.
