Job summary

Kid to Kid in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a part-time retail team member to help manage a fast-paced thrift store. You will presort and price items, greet local parents, and keep the sales floor neatly stocked with freshly bought merchandise.

Qualifications

• We value a positive, energetic attitude and a passion for community and sustainability.
• Experience in thrift/retail environments is a plus, especially fast-paced sorting and quality control.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25–30 lbs during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Presorting & buying: evaluate items brought in, check quality and price items using our software.
• Customer interaction: greet local parents, explain our buying process, deliver excellent service.
• Merchandising: keep sales floor organized, styled, and stocked with freshly bought items.
• Cash wrap: ring up purchases accurately when needed.
