Job summary

Play Street Museum Frisco is hiring a Store Associate & Party Host. The role involves welcoming guests, cleaning exhibits, assisting during birthday parties, answering phones, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates are self-starters who are passionate, punctual, and hardworking, with a friendly attitude and strong communication skills. The position offers tips and a flexible schedule with in-person work.

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude and customer-service orientation.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Must provide documentation of legal U.S. residency.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in person and over the phone; handles inquiries and complaints.
• Opens and closes the Museum as needed.
• Greets customers and registers them to play.
• Keeps all areas of the museum clean by following procedures.
• Puts away toys, wipes surfaces, and ensures exhibits are clean and ready for play.
• Hosts, runs, and facilitates birthday parties and special events; sets up and cleans up.
• Keeps a balanced cash drawer.
• Implements procedures during emergencies and maintains a calm demeanor.
