BRAVE Church in Englewood, CO, is seeking a full-time Director of Children’s Ministry to lead BRAVE Kids across multiple campuses. You will build teams, select curriculum, and shape annual plans and events with a Spirit-empowered approach.

Reporting to the Campus Pastor, you will recruit and develop staff, foster alignment across campuses, and ensure biblically sound, age-appropriate programming that engages families and children.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-time children’s ministry.
• Experience building teams and leading multi-campus programming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BRAVE Kids personnel and programming across campuses.
• Develop and implement annual plans, events, and curriculum aligned with BRAVE Church’s mission.
