The Little Gym Bloomfield Hills offers gymnastics-based enrichment for kids from infancy to 12 years, with structured training provided for instructors. Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with children and families.
• Energetic, patient, and able to create a positive classroom environment.
• Background in child development or physical education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics-based classes using The Little Gym curriculum.
• Create a warm, energetic environment where every child feels seen and challenged.
• Treat each class as if it's the first day for every child.
• Deliver a member experience that makes families feel they belong.
