Job summary

The Little Gym International is hiring passionate instructors to lead fun, structured classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years. You will teach gymnastics-based activities, promote confidence and coordination, and create a safe, engaging environment that supports each child’s growth.

Ideal candidates have childcare or teaching experience, strong communication skills, and aenergetic, reliable personality.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare, preschool, daycare, coaching, or teaching.
• Strong communication and ability to engage with children and parents.
• Energetic, reliable and outgoing personality with flexibility for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach kids gymnastics classes and toddler classes.
• Lead activities that promote motor skills, balance, coordination and social development.

We are hiring for a passionate Kids Gym Instructor, Youth Fitness Coach, and Early Childhood Teacher to lead fun, structured classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years. If you love working with kids and have experience in childcare, teaching, coaching, gymnastics, or fitness, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach kids gymnastics classes and toddler classes

Qualifications

• Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer, sports, or fitness training preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, reliable, and outgoing personality
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
