Job summary

Kid to Kid is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to help maintain an organized, inviting store environment. You will assist customers, tag and sort merchandise, and learn our systems to improve efficiency while delivering great service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous retail experience OR currently studying business, marketing, or a related field.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain selling floor presentations and restock as needed.
• Tag and sort clothes, toys, and gear.
• Learn Kid to Kid's systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Handle returns courteously and professionally.
• Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm.
• Complete online training to develop procedures knowledge.
• Be aware of current promotions and sales events.
• Keep the store clean and organized for shoppers.
