Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to guide children through activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, and gym games, while weaving nutrition education into themed programs.

You will lead energetic groups aged 3–13, ensure safety, promote events, and help maintain a clean, organized space; weekend and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience.
• First Aid within the first 60 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Ability to tolerate loud noises.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands and climb ladders.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, and games while maintaining a safe environment.
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive attitude and acts as a role model.
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to internal and external customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming to ensure safety.
• Promotes monthly events and activities to increase participation and revenue.
• Ensures supplies, snacks and drinks follow the budgeted amounts.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Engages children in interactive activities including organized arts and crafts, singing, sports activities, games while maintaining a safe environment
• Leads a group of up to 10 children ages 3-13 with a fun, positive and outgoing attitude while acting as a role model
• Demonstrates positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers
• Maintains cleanliness and order of activities and programming in order to ensure safety
• Promotes monthly events and activities in order to increase participation and revenue
• Ensures use of supplies, snacks and drinks follow the amount prearranged by the department budget

Position Requirements

• 1 year of related experience
• First Aid Required within the first 60 days of hire
• Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within the first 60 days of hire
• Ability to tolerate loud noises
• Ability to frequently stand; walk; use hands, objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; ability to climb ladders
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
