Job summary

Elite Sports Clubs in Milwaukee-area communities seeks a Children’s Programming Team Member to design and run fun, engaging activities for kids across clubs and events. You’ll help supervise children, lead birthday parties, camps, and family-focused events with energy and warmth.

Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm for working with children, strong communication, safety awareness, and teamwork to create welcoming, organized experiences for families across our locations.

As a Children’s Programming Team Member, you’ll help create engaging, safe, and memorable experiences for children and families across our clubs and community events. You may support or lead children’s activities, birthday parties, special events, camps, fairs, off‑site programming, and other family‑focused experiences. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children while helping ensure every experience is welcoming, organized, and fun.
