Job summary

KidStrong in Issaquah, Washington is seeking a Coach to work with children aged 12 months to 11 years, focusing on their brain, physical, and character development. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and will also engage with parents in teaching the KidStrong curriculum.

Coaching hours are flexible, typically weekdays from 9 am–11 am and evenings until 7 pm. Compensation is between $21.00 and $26.00 per hour with opportunities for personal growth and development within the organization.

Qualifications

• Prior experience coaching children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Prior experience educating parents on the KidStrong curriculum.
• Ability to motivate and effectively communicate.

Responsibilities

• Coach children on brain, physical, and character development.
• Speak comfortably with parents about the curriculum.
• Adapt to a flexible work schedule based on studio needs.
