Job summary

Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Kid’s Crunch Attendant to manage the Kid’s Crunch area, delivering fun, entertaining, and safe activities for children.

You will greet children and members, lead interactive activities, ensure safety, and maintain a clean play area, while upholding our positive, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Must be professional, upbeat and attentive.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with children and members in a friendly manner.
• Engage with children one-on-one and in groups.
• Lead and participate in interactive activities.
• Ensure safety and security of children in Kid’s Crunch.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary play area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Kid’s Crunch Attendant role is responsible for managing our Kid’s Crunch area and exhibiting fun, entertaining, and safe activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with children and members in a professional and friendly manner.


• Engage with children one‑on‑one and in group settings.


• Lead and participate in interactive activities.


• Ensure the safety and security of children while attending Kid’s Crunch.


• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for children to play in.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred


• 1 year of experience working with children preferred


• CPR/AED certification required


• Professional attitude


• Upbeat and positive personality


• Ability to multi‑task and demonstrate attentiveness to children in a busy environment

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.


• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking.
