Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Kid’s Crunch Attendant in South Charleston, SC. The role focuses on managing the Kid’s Crunch area with fun, entertaining, and safe activities for children.

You will greet children and members professionally, engage with kids individually or in groups, and maintain a clean, safe play space while supporting a vibrant, energetic club environment.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Professional attitude is essential.
• Positive, upbeat personality preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with children and members in a professional manner.
• Engage with children one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead and participate in interactive activities.

Job Description

The Kid’s Crunch Attendant role is responsible for managing our Kid’s Crunch area and exhibiting fun, entertaining, and safe activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with children and members in a professional and friendly manner.
• Engage with children one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead and participate in interactive activities.
• Ensure the safety and security of children while attending Kid’s Crunch.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for children to play in.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of experience working with children preferred
• CPR/AED certification required

• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attentiveness to children in a busy environment

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking.
