Job summary

KidStrong Franklin is hiring coaches to work with kids 15 months through 11 years, guiding them through a structured weekly curriculum focused on physical development, cognitive skills and character. This isn't babysitting—it's coaching at a high level with measurable impact.

You'll work part-time with a schedule around center needs, connect with parents, and help kids see themselves as capable and confident.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children 15 months–11 years preferred.
• Ability to talk to parents in a natural, personal way.
• Background in athletics, coaching, education, or child development helpful.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain before first class.
• High energy and a positive, engaging attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coach small groups through a structured weekly curriculum.
• Explain the why behind activities to parents.
• Engage kids with energy and encouragement.
