Qualifications

• 1 year in a supervisory role, previous experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
• Ability to move about club floors and rooms; communicate effectively with staff and members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Kids Club facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children.
• Assist with training of the Kids Club Associate team.
• Schedule staff shifts and monitor child‑to‑staff ratios.
