Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Berkeley is seeking a Kids Club Associate to professionally greet members and their children, answer questions, and maintain a safe, engaging environment. The role requires providing top-tier customer service while ensuring an orderly space and reliable attendance.

You will support other departments as needed and assist in creating an interactive atmosphere for children of various ages, with shifts covering opening, midday, and closing times.

Qualifications

• Must possess proven experience in working with children of multiple age ranges in a group setting.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain a CPR certification within 30 days of employment is required
• A warm and patient demeanor along with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills are essential

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time

Pay Transparency: $19.61/hour
