Equinox Fitness Clubs is seeking energetic Kids Club Associates for our New York City locations. This part-time role focuses on welcoming children and members, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and delivering exceptional service in a premium fitness setting.

Ideal candidates have experience with children, strong communication, and a proactive, friendly demeanor. CPR certification is required or obtained within 30 days.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children across age groups.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Over 18 years old and at least 1 year of experience with young children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of job duties.

Aufgaben

• Professionally greet members, guests and children.
• Respond to member questions and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Ensure regular and predictable attendance and shifts.
• Provide a safe, engaging environment for children.
• Deliver high level of customer service to members and guests.
• Assist other departments as needed.
