We are seeking a dependable, caring, and trustworthy Kids Club Associate to join our dedicated childcare team. This role is ideal for someone with meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities, particularly in a fast‑paced environment. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Associate will excel in communication with children, parents, and fellow staff, bringing prior experience within a Kids Club setting to ensure safety and well‑being for children aged one to twelve.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for children aged two to twelve years.
• Supervise activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Manage reservations and child agreements, communicating efficiently with parents and tracking bookings.
• Support daily and weekly tasks, ensuring efficient team operations.
• Implement emergency procedures for the Kids Club, including evacuation plans and first aid protocols.
• Develop age‑appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Kids Club facility and throughout the gym.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and gym management regarding policies, procedures, and updates.
• Foster positive relationships with members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or recreational programming.
• Knowledge of child development principles, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
• Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Detail‑oriented with systematic problem‑solving and good time‑management, organizational, and record‑keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, moving about club floors, communicating with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to access and operate the company computer system, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $12 – $12 USD
