Job summary

Camp Cheeca, part of Northwood Hospitality in Islamorada, FL, seeks energetic staff to organize, lead and supervise kids' activities daily and during the Kids Night Out program. Evening availability is required to support guest experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating arts and crafts, outdoor play, and games while ensuring safety and exceptional guest interactions for children ages 5-12. Local applicants preferred; CPR/First Aid desirable or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Local applicants preferred (within driving distance).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience with children preferred.
• Previous experience in recreation or hospitality preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for creating fun and engaging experiences for guests of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead and supervise activities for children ages 5–12.
• Support the Kids Night Out program with evening availability.
• Ensure a positive and memorable stay for all guests.
• Coordinate arts and crafts, outdoor play, games, and storytelling.
