Job summary

Kid To Kid in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to be the face of our store. You will create an exceptional shopping experience for families, guiding them through layout and promotions and helping parents find exactly what they need.

On the floor you will merchandise, operate the POS to ring up sales and promote our loyalty program. You’ll also maintain clean displays and fitting rooms, with opportunities to grow in a family-owned local business.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude required in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stay organized with attention to color and category grouping.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming families and guiding them through store layout and promotions.
• Process, tag, hang, and organize clothing by size, category, and color.
• Operate the cash register, ring up sales, and upsell while promoting loyalty program.
• Keep floor, displays, and dressing rooms clean; manage go-backs and hanger presentation.
