Qualificações

• 5+ years in apparel merchandising, ideally with kids or baby specialty experience.
• Experience building a kids brand with real point of view.
• Ability to move from brand strategy to SKU-level detail while analyzing data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full product cycle for Kids and Baby from strategy to development and assortment.
• Own pricing, OTB, and in-season decisions to maximize profitability.
• Partner with design, PD, planning, marketing, and creative for omnichannel rollout.
