Golden Touch is seeking an Associate Designer to support the design and development of trend-driven children’s apparel (newborn - 6x). You’ll assist with the full design lifecycle—from concept research and sketching through sample development—while partnering closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams.

Based in New York, this hybrid role features four days in the office with Fridays at home, with a pay rate of $53,000 to $65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of design/product development experience, preferably in children’s apparel.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in design and development of seasonal collections for newborn - 6x.
• Create flats, colorways, and technical packs under guidance of senior designers.
• Support trend research and presentation materials.
• Track samples, provide feedback on fit and quality with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
