Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Instructor to deliver engaging, educational fitness programming for children aged three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. You will greet families, lead organized activities, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment during programs and events.

Applicants should have minimal formal education, obtain First Aid/CPR within 60 days, and complete Kids On-Demand trainings before starting. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: less than a high school diploma or GED.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Learnings before first day.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with members and guests professionally.
• Instruct and supervise activities matching the Kids Academy schedule.
• Set up and break down classes; transfer children to/from programming.
