Job summary

Heartland ABA in the United States is hiring Kids Experienced Therapist (Behavior Technician) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children with Autism develop skills. No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Part-time roles with afternoon/evening hours available; you will join a supportive clinical team and track progress using data collection. This role offers flexible scheduling and immediate opportunities to make a positive impact

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Must complete 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
