BK Healthcare Management is seeking caring, motivated individuals to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism. You will work as part of a clinical team, support independence, and use evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviors in real-world settings.

No prior experience required; paid training is provided, and all positions start part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home or in community settings.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
