Nephrology Associates, Inc. in Providence, RI seeks an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our nephrology-focused team.

You will own site-level study coordination with emphasis on patient recruitment, enrollment, protocol compliance, data quality, and patient safety. Responsibilities include start-up activities, prescreening, consent, coordinating visits, data capture, and regulatory oversight, in collaboration with investigators, staff, sponsors, and CROs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field preferred.
• MA certification preferred.
• GCP and/or IATA certification preferred.
• ACRP or SOCRA certification preferred.
• Experience in CKD or nephrology is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical terminology and research practices.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate study start-up and site readiness, including protocol interpretation and staff training.
• Prescreen and recruit eligible patients and obtain informed consent.
• Plan and conduct subject visits, collect samples, and document procedures.
• Maintain data quality, case report forms, and regulatory documentation.
• Monitor for adverse events and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, sponsors, and CROs to optimize study performance.
