Job summary

Kid to Kid, operated by Summit Recommerce Group (SRG), is hiring Sales Associates for our South Blvd location in Alabama. You’ll help customers, organize shelves, test toys, ring up purchases, and assist with social posts, while keeping the store inviting and shoppable.

We offer cross-training, flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities across nearly 30 locations, a 30% employee discount, a 401(k) plan, and a supportive admin team. Part-time and full-time roles available.

We buy gently used clothes, shoes, toys and equipment from people in the community - paying cash on the spot or offering even more in store credit. We then sell those items in our store at huge discounts. At Kid to Kid, we focus on sustainable fashion, upcycling, and helping the environment. Every single day, we help families meet their budget and support their growing kids with clothes and toys that help them feel confident.

About Summit Recommerce Group (SRG)

When you join a Kid to Kid location operated by Summit Recommerce Group (SRG), you’ll be part of something bigger. SRG is the largest multi-unit group in the Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate systems, operating nearly 30 locations across six states — led by a female founder who grew up helping her mom tag clothing at a Kid to Kid store.
