Children’s Treehouse in Garland, TX, is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and related activities. You will follow routes, maintain a secure and orderly environment, and communicate with school staff to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Prior experience driving children or in a similar role preferred.
• Must meet state/local requirements for transporting children.
• Pass background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screening as required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from school and activities, following established routes and schedules.
• Ensure a safe, supervised environment during every ride, including smooth pick-up and drop-off routines.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks to keep the bus clean, safe, and ready for the road.
• Communicate with school staff regarding schedules, delays, or concerns to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support the school during non-driving times as needed.
