Job summary

Learning Care Group in Palmdale, CA is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children and staff on field trips, to and from school, and other locations. The Driver ensures the bus is regularly maintained and safe for driving under all applicable state and municipal regulations.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, base pay of $18.34–$19.06 per hour, and benefits including education assistance, 401K with company match, and tuition reimbursement for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license.
• Experience working with children is required.
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work.

Responsibilities

• Caring! Transport children in a bus or van from one loving, educational environment to another with a smiling face.
• Responsible! Ensure each child's safety by maintaining vehicle functionality regularly and implementing safety procedures with their school Director.
• Team player! The Driver may step into a Teacher role or assist in other capacities as needed.
