Job summary

Drury Hotels is hiring friendly, energetic team members for our Food & Beverage department at the Drury Inn & Suites in St. Peters, MO. This part-time role covers 2–3 evenings per week, focusing on the 5:30 Kickback and guest experience.

You will oversee food prep and clean-up, keep the kitchen and lobby organized, ensure food safety, stock supplies, and assist guests with questions about the hotel and local events. A positive, service-oriented attitude and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic hospitality mindset.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Willingness to work evenings 2–3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• Ensure kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.
• Maintain food safety standards and restock supplies as needed.
• Promote Drury culture with high integrity, service, and hospitality.
• Answer guests' questions about the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous guest service with a positive attitude.

What you will do:

Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” … well, happy for our guests.

Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.

• See to it that the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.

• Ensure that food safety standards are met and that supplies are fully stocked at appropriate levels.

• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture to customers and co-workers.

• Answer guest’s questions using your knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
