Gee Automotive Companies is hiring a Kia Technician for its Service Department in Coeur d’Alene, ID. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles quickly and accurately, with an emphasis on efficiency and quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has automotive technician experience, ASE certification, and a clean driving record. The position offers an excellent benefits package and a competitive flat-rate pay structure up to $35/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years prior automotive technician experience.
• ASE Certification is mandatory.
• KIA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Installing parts recommended for repair and ensuring the repair is completed to satisfaction.
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and to manufacturer/customer specifications.

Qualifications

Kia Technician Qualifications

• 3+ years prior automotive technician experience
• KIA experience is preferred, ASE Certification is mandatory
• Valid Driver’s License
