Towbin Kia in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Kia Master Technician to join our high-volume, state-of-the-art service department. If you’re Kia Certified and ready for career growth, we want to hear from you.

Enjoy a modern facility and ongoing factory training. You will diagnose and repair Kia vehicles to OEM standards using Kia factory tools, perform advanced electrical diagnostics, complete warranty and customer-pay repairs, and maintain accurate service documentation.

Qualifications

• Kia Master Technician with dealership experience.
• KIA Certification is required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Kia vehicles per OEM standards.
• Perform advanced electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting.

Towbin Kia, part of the Towbin Auto Group, is looking for an experienced Kia Master Technician to join our high-volume, state-of-the-art service department in Henderson, Nevada.

KIA CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

We are seeking a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities, dealership experience, and the technical knowledge necessary to accurately diagnose and repair Kia vehicles according to OEM standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Kia Master Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles while following manufacturer specifications, OEM procedures, and dealership standards.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair Kia vehicles accurately and efficiently

Perform advanced electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting

Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns

Utilize Kia factory diagnostic tools and OEM repair procedures

Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards

Perform multi-point inspections and identify recommended repairs

Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation

Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all Kia and dealership safety procedures

Stay current with Kia factory training, technology, and repair procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

KIA CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED

We’re looking for a highly experienced technician who can confidently diagnose and repair Kia vehicles in a high-volume dealership environment.

Required:

Kia Master Technician experience strongly preferred

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Advanced electrical and mechanical knowledge

Ability to diagnose complex vehicle concerns

Ability to efficiently complete repairs in a high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

Professional work ethic and reliability

Team-oriented mindset

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred:

ASE Certifications

EV/high-voltage training or certification

Experience diagnosing advanced electrical and EV systems
