Job summary

British American Household Staffing is seeking a part-time laundress for a Brentwood home to maintain immaculate family laundry. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, about 15–20 hours per week with flexible start dates.

Responsibilities include machine washing, hand washing, steaming, pressing, ironing, and organizing linens. The candidate should be comfortable around a large dog, legally eligible to work in the US, and experienced with couture garment care.

Qualifications

• Must be legal to work in the US.
• No dog allergies and comfortable with a large friendly dog
• Prior knowledge and know-how of couture garment care.
• Excellent communication and team player happy to work in a staffed home.

Overview

A lovely and calm Brentwood household is looking to hire a part-time laundress who can take charge of the immaculate upkeep and maintenance of the family laundry. The schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, about 15-20 hours per week. Time can be flexible! Ideal start date is January but there is flexibility for the perfect fit to start sooner if preferred

Requirements

• Excellent communication and team player happy to work in a staffed home. There is an existing housekeeper for deep cleaning plus an assistant and nannies

Salary and Benefits

The family is offering a competitive rate depending on experience ($40-45+)
