Team Member Position

The Team Member is an integral part of the business. Team Members are the first person that customers see when they walk through the door and are the first voice customers hear at the drive‑thru. In this role you represent the entire restaurant and are a significant part of the customer experience. Primary responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food, assisting in resolving service issues, maintaining food‑safety standards, and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment.

Cook Position

The Cook is an essential member of the team. The success of the restaurant depends on providing a superior product which is key to the overall customer experience. The Cook is responsible for following documented preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high quality and food safety‑compliant products are being served to our guests.

  • Maintain and regularly clean cookers inside and out
  • Manage oil/shortening levels and regularly inspect oil quality
  • Deliver quality products that meet company and brand expectations
