KBP Brands, via the KBP Foods KFC franchise, invites you to join as a Shift Manager and lead a dedicated team to deliver fast, friendly service at a busy location in Rutherfordton, NC.

You will uphold operational excellence, train and supervise staff, and help drive guest satisfaction while advancing through the store's leadership path.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
