Pay

Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
• Lead and motivate a team to meet performance standards and KPIs
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Collaborate with management to manage shift staffing and scheduling

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR)
• Managers must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull heavy objects; stand and walk for extended periods; operate restaurant equipment

Compensation notes

The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors; it will be discussed during the hiring process. The following ranges apply to new hires in various locations as applicable:

• Salary range: $8.00 to $20.00 per hour for all other geographic areas not listed below
• State of Maryland: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
• State of New York: $15.50 to $17.00 per hour
• New York City: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Cincinnati, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
• Toledo, OH: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour
