Job summary

KBP Brands is hiring a Shift Manager for a KBP Foods KFC franchise location in Texas. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain daily operations, driving efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience in quick service or retail, are 18+, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. This role offers growth toward Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager positions within KBP Brands.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.
