KBP Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Siler City, North Carolina, to lead a fast-paced KFC dining team. You will drive profitability, oversee operations, manage labor and inventory, and ensure a premier guest experience in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as Restaurant General Manager or similar in food service/retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory and labor.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to uphold operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts biweekly.

What a day in the life for a Restaurant General Manger can look like:

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
