KBP Foods, a leading restaurant franchise and part of KBP Brands, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for a dual-brand KFC/Taco Bell location. You will lead a team, manage operations, and drive profitability while delivering a quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.

Compensation:

Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Bonus Program

As a Restaurant General Manager, you’ll also be eligible to participate in a bonus program, which is paid out every period, based on your restaurant’s performance.

In addition to the period bonus, this location offers a $10,000 bonus, details will be discussed during the interview process.
