Daily Responsibilities

• Manage profitability through cash control, inventory, labor management, and financial reviews
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence
• Conduct inventory counts
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure exceptional guest experiences

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
• Ability to lift, stand, and operate equipment safely

• Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
• NYC: $65,000 - $70,000
• Cincinnati: $54,000 - $58,000
