Bonus Program: Eligible GMs can participate in a bonus program paid out periodically based on restaurant performance.

Typical day may include:

• Managing profitability, cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
• Training employees in operational excellence.
• Conducting inventory counts biweekly.
• Ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

To qualify, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
