KBP Foods, part of KBP Brands, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Laurinburg, NC to lead a team and drive profitability at a KFC location. You will implement strategies, manage budgets, and ensure an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory and labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
