KBP Brands is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for our fast‑casual KFC franchise network. Lead a team, drive profitability, and ensure a top‑notch guest experience at a KBP restaurant in Hot Springs, AR. This role offers training, leadership growth, and a path to advanced opportunities within KBP Brands.

The GM will manage operations, staffing, inventory, and financials, while upholding company standards and a positive work culture. Prior GM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of GM experience in fast‑food or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct biweekly inventory counts and ensure a clean, guest‑friendly environment.

What a day in the life for a Restaurant General Manger can look like:

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
