A Day in the Life

• Control profitability through cash control, inventory management, labor management, and financial review.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence.
• Complete inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Ensure cleanliness and provide an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of GM experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

• Maryland: $53,000 - $58,000
• New York: $55,000 - $60,000
• New York City: $65,000 - $70,000
• Cincinnati, OH: $54,000 - $58,000
