Job summary

KBP Foods in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will handle scheduling, training, inventory control, and adherence to food quality and safety standards to ensure smooth service and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and operate restaurant equipment.

Bonus program:

What you'll do as an Assistant General Manager:

• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
