Job summary

KBP Foods, a leading quick-service restaurant operator, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Richmond, VA. You’ll lead, train, and coach teams, deliver guest service, and oversee operations to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.

What you’ll do as an Assistant General Manager:

What you bring to the table:

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
