KBP Brands is hiring an Assistant General Manager for its KFC restaurants. You will lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold food quality and safety standards.

This role offers a clear path to General Manager within KBP Foods, with internal leadership development, comprehensive benefits, PTO, education support, and employee meals/discounts. Candidates should have 1+ year in fast-paced hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and operate restaurant equipment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
