KBP Brands, the parent of KFC restaurants, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a team, monitor daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction at its quick-service restaurant. You will coach staff, manage costs, and ensure quality and safety standards are met, with strong opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
