Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 at The Shops at North Bridge in Chicago seeks a Store Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will support store operations, uphold brand standards, and help train new team members while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Role requires 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED, and eligibility to work in the United States. Bilingual skills are a plus, including Spanish or Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse customers.
• Basic computer skills sufficient for store systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

What You Will Do:

• Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business.
• Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store’s business strategy.
• Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.
• Delivers a best in class experience to customers
• Upholds standards of customer service excellence
• Leader in productivity
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform open and close procedures for the store
• Provide training to new store employees
• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Prior key holder experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin

Physical Environment:

• Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
