Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is hiring a Rack Beauty Concierge to provide fast, friendly service and share product knowledge on the sales floor. You’ll help customers discover great deals, keep the area tidy and stocked, and manage inventory processes with accurate ticketing.

You’ll resolve questions calmly and support re-merchandising throughout the day. Ideal candidates show enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, and clear communication.

The ideal Rack Beauty Concierge enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. A day in the life… Share your love of beauty trends and tell customers all about product knowledge Keep the customer experience quick, easy, and fun while helping customers uncover the great deals they're looking for Keep the sales floor clean, and filled in and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed Defuse customer situations and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner Work with the team to ensure the sales floor stays ready through re-merchandising, filling testers, and straightening throughout the day

Physical Requirements: Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay Range Details

Pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $19.40 - $20.20 Hourly
