Job summary

Goodwill Manasota, Inc. is seeking a Keyholder to help lead daily store operations, open and close, assist teammates, and promote a positive experience for customers and donors.

You will oversee registers, daily duties, reports, donation flow, inventory rotation, and merchandising standards while ensuring loss prevention, safety, and a clean, well-stocked floor. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, retail or supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the

What You Need:

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to forty (40) pounds with no support regularly. Over forty (40) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed.
• Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion. Manual dexterity is required.
